The ‘proof is in the pudding’ as the saying goes, but perhaps it should instead be that the evidence is in the finished product.
Producing useful products of every conceivable size, shape, and function can be made quick and effective by utilizing plastic injectionmolding. Proven over decades now to be both reliable and repeatable, the world without this form of mass manufacturing would certainly now be an alien place, but is this creme de la creme of materials really flawless?
No, not quite. Well, not unless you choose the right supplier who takes quality so seriously that they include it as their motto.
By way of example, a common result of heating and forcing plastic resin into molds is a visible parting line on the end product. Formed where the two mold halves were pressed together to form the mold cavity, the parting line, which is usually a very thin raised line around the circumference of a product, it’s caused when the mold opens and the solid part is removed.
Although difficult to completely prevent during molding, suppliers with many decades of experience such as ADIS Tachov s.r.o. are masters at minimizing the visibility of such lines, and also use various methods including sanding and repainting, positioning the line to fall where it is disguised by protruding features, or where it blends seamlessly into parts of the surface which are intentionally rough or matte finished.
No clearer display of accuracy and attention to detail can be found than that of a manufactured piece of injectionmolding which has been produced and delivered to the highest of standards and done so with true pride, and without shortcuts. Sadly that’s not always the case, so making the correct choice of supplier is critical if, like the team at ADIS, you strive to deliver perfection to every customer.
Quality with Integrity. That’s ADIS’ motto, and it’s the lifeblood of the service they deliver day in and day out.
