Leading the Charge Towards Energy Efficiency and Sustainability!

We're thrilled to announce that ADIS Tachov s.r.o. has been awarded an EU grant to help us continue in our commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability!

With this support we've replaced two of our older, less efficient machines, and doubled-down on our future focus by investing in a state-of-the-art ENGEL Duo 600. This large and flexible injection molding machine utilizes the very latest technology and approach to be as energy conscious as possible.

By decommissioning two of our older Engel VICTORY 2550/300 Tech machines, manufactured in 2006, we're not only upgrading our production capabilities but also significantly reducing our energy consumption and environmental footprint.

This initiative aligns with our dedication and commitment to continually improving our processes and delivering high-quality products in a sustainable manner.

A perfect example of the benefit from this upgrade is found when we look at the ecodrive servo-hydraulics, which ensure high economic efficiency thanks to the demand-based pump output, meaning that the motors are at rest and do not consume energy when the machine is at a standstill during cooling. This is especially important in the production of large-volume or large-area parts.
